If your solar system stops working on a weekend, please complete the form and we will be in touch first thing on the Monday morning.
If you have a power outage in your home, firstly check to see if there is a blackout in your neighbourhood. If the issue is isolated to your home, contact an electrician to find and rectify the fault as it is rarely the solar system or battery that is the cause.
Let us know by calling 1300 162 344 if the electrician considers that the solar system or battery was responsible for the fault, and we will take appropriate action.
