Solar Panel Maintenance & Repairs Across North East Victoria

Solar panels and their systems don't come with a lifetime of zero maintenance, no matter what the sales pitch said. Here's what actually keeps yours producing reliably for years, and what to do if your original installer isn't around anymore.

Signs Your Solar System Needs a Service

Solar systems are low-maintenance, but they're not maintenance-free. A noticeable drop in output, an error light or beeping on your inverter, a bill that's crept up without an obvious reason, or visible damage after a storm are all reasons that warrant getting your system inspected.

What Our Maintenance Visits Cover

Servicing is an important part of protecting the performance and longevity of your PV system. During your service visit, a qualified technician will perform a thorough inspection of your solar panels, mounting system, inverter and electrical connections. We'll also clean the panels where required and perform comprehensive diagnostic testing to identify any issues that may be reducing your system's performance over time.

Our service visits are an investment in maintaining the efficiency, reliability and long-term value of your PV system. To discuss our current service and maintenance pricing, contact our service team for more information.

How often should I get my system serviced

It is recommended that PV systems are serviced every two years and commercial systems are serviced annually. All systems are serviced by a licensed A-Grade electrician also accredited with Solar Accreditation Australia.

Inverter & Panel Fault Repairs

If something's already gone wrong, we can assist clients and others whose installers are not in the area with their product issues, even if we didn't originally install your system.

What Happens If Your Original Installer Is No Longer Around

With hundreds of solar companies closing down over the past decade, unfortunately many homeowners are Solar Orphans left without warranty support or anyone to call. If your original installer is no longer available, we can often step in to help within our operating region and current product range.

If You've Lost Power

First check whether it's a wider blackout in your neighbourhood before assuming it's your solar or battery system. It rarely is.

Our 10-Year Workmanship Guarantee

Every system we install is backed by our own 10-year workmanship warranty, which covers our workmanship.

This is separate from manufacturer warranties provided on your solar panels, inverter and battery, which cover product defects and manufacturer-related faults. If an issue is determined to be a product or component fault, the applicable manufacturer warranty process and associated service costs coverage apply.

If you're ever unsure, our team can inspect the system, diagnose the issue, advise options available and guide you through the appropriate warranty process.
