1. Consultation
Our experts discuss your energy needs and goals, providing personalised advice and solutions based on your past bills, site layout and wiring, roof space, shade, budget, finance, and future plans.
2. Site Inspection
Every job gets a thorough site inspection to assess your property's suitability for the installation as proposed by your consultant. This avoids costly delays and mistakes on the day of installation.
3. Final Design
Based on the site inspection report, our design engineers fine-tune the system layout and components, and create a Job Pack for the installation team. Grid connection approval is also finalised.
4. Installation
Following the process outlined in the Job Pack, our professional teams install your system with precision and care, and provide you with a detailed walkthrough of the system’s layout and operation.
5. Inspection & Connection
CBR arranges an Authorised Inspector (VIC only) to approve the system and submit the required documentation. Paperwork is submitted (VIC & NSW) for your meter to be upgraded for solar.
6. Ongoing Support
Having our own electricians means any on-site issue will be attended to urgently. For over-the-phone or email help and advice, our customer support team and design engineers are directly available.
